Is anyone else looking for purchases in the mail only to be told by customer service that they are restocking the wearhouse. I purchased two items three weeks ago, no warnings that they were out of "stock. Now four days before Xmas the representative cannot even give me a date or even a promise that I will ever get the order. Something is fishy

Anonymous4CF - you should hope. they are still selling stuff online but they say it'll take 10 business days for orders to process
My 12/12 order shows it's "pending". Got a great deal so I'm hoping it arrives.

Same thing as @Nalette below, tried to cancel and cannot - but they are still accepting orders so I am hoping that it's just me. I haven't talked to customer service yet - will post an update if I have an issue - I am hoping all will be fine
You are lucky then. I tried to cancel my order yesterday because they still could not give me any information and the representative said I couldn't cancel my order even though it hadn't shipped yet! So guess what. Today they announce they are closing and there will be no refunds. BS. I am fighting this with my credit card company.
So far all the items I have ordered have arrived; a little later than usual; usually ships in 5-7 days now taking10-14 business days; there is an alert when one orders that orders are slower processing and may not arrive before Christmas when I placed my orders. order placed 12/14 just shipped 12/22; waiting for my 12/18 order to ship
