Thread regarding UPS in Kingston

I've tried calling Kingston UPS but nobody is picking up. Not sure if this UPS location is closed but the fact is nobody is picking up - how are they gonna do business if they do not answer phones. I know some companies are like this but for UPS you'd want to have a human on the phone explain you what's going on and if you have questions they need to do something about this. This location is on Ulster Ave.
