OfficeMax closed on the north side of First & Main in Colorado Springs. OfficeMax, an office supply retailer funded in 1988, is now part of Office Depot, after a merger in 2013. A spokeswoman from OfficeMax confirmed that the location was closing, but couldn't say anything about the number of employees that will be affected.
