I have been a BK customer for over ten years, I like Whoppers the best. Chicken is poor, don’t do it. I live in Diamond Bar and they used to have 2 locations – now they have zero. So, I started coming to this location and location got closed too – they were good with coupons, they would send them all the time…
But, not the customer service is down the drain – they do not treat customers well. They are sometimes rude to customers and if they continue to do this they will go down the drain – They need to improve their food and things will be better. But they also need to improve the customer services. So, to avoid closure a big improvements are needed – anyhow, I am rambling now, but this location in Walnut got closed by Burger Kinga and also both locations in Diamond Bar got closed.
