This El Torito location "used to be" a fantastic location to eat at. But ever since the redevelopment plans for the Marina did not include a new home for this store, they fired the long time female General Manager Sheila and replaced her with obviously lower paid individuals who have absolutely no idea how to run a restaurant.
The place now stinks like dead rodents and sewage, carpets are filthy, and its like the staff doesn't really care anymore because they know they have no future.
My family, my friends and I have countless memories of this place and will miss it. We found out yesterday that the company "again" filed for bankruptcy, such a shame. Too bad the company is run the way it is. Its the people at the top that need to go for sure.
