As long as a year ago, I advised the manager of the El Torito in Rohnert park that their food lacked the quality to stay ahead of the business. Sunday brunch fell into a sorry state with poor food selections. Nothing was presented that you couldn't find on a local food stand. They raised the pice to $16.95 without raising the quality. Their carnitas consisted of boiled fatty pork. Not surprised with the failure.
