Thread regarding Younkers

I have always liked your company; up until now! Last two visits have made me say to myself: 'this is why this company is closing the doors' First time I shopped your store after announcement of closing I wanted to purchase the same pants I always buy with you, only to find all the overhead labels to be gone,so I had to search for areas, design make, sizes, etc etc. To top it all off there was no help around to assist in my purchase. I walked through all this mayhem and your prices were very disheartening: There wasn't anything "on sale". I left your store without buying anything saying to myself, "this is why they are closing"!!.. 2 plus months later a friend of mine was telling me about all the great deals you offered. So I decided to try it again. OMG what a disaster! The worst thing I have encountered. Once again, no assistance for my purchase questions and when I did locate someone they were rude acing like I was taking up their precious time. Upon leaving the store, I attempted to help a fellow customer get some retail tables out she was picking up from a prior purchase and the store employee would not help her lift these items to her truck. A "conflict of words" was spoken and I was in awe. Your employee should have been fired on the spot!!!! What she said to the customer was fulgar and so unprofessional I had made up my mind right there I would never do one more dollars worth of business with Younkers if your store stayed open for another million years AND your prices outmatched Walmart!! NOW I KNOW WHY YOUR'RE CLOSING!!
