Kay Jewelers, Countryside Mall, Clearwater, FL was supposed to renovate their store - which is in dire need of it! However, according to confirmed sources, they keep pushing back dates that renovation will happen. It makes one wonder what their ulterior motive really is or if they are keeping quiet about the inevitable!!
