It was way too hot to work there...
I get it, seems reasonable - a little bit. What does not seem reasonable is that I actualy put in my order and got a confirmation email saying it would be ready in 15 minutes. OK?
But when I show up the place is closed - that's it - CLOSED SIGN!!!
Why did the system let me place an order for a store that's been closed?
Why did nobody told me this or called me - call me?
Shouldn't someone from Pizza Hut have stayed behind and provided some sort of customer service?
