Look at what's happening right now with USPS! People are shipping more over the internet but they need less post offices as they are shipping and packaging on their own. So, I think they will grow, but they will need less locations - USPS may have to rethinnk how they do business - so, maybe more distribution centers and close post offices in areas where there is not enough foot traffic to support things like this.
I also noticed that some employees in my USPS local office are retiring and they are not replacing them
