that's the fact and nothing can change it - people are banking on their phones, US bank has great apps - and now there is no need to go into branches any more - we need less tellers, so layoffs and job cuts are rampant - and we'll see what 2017 brings for all banks - the whole sector is shifting right now and interest rates are so low it's hard to make money for banks and other financial services companies - many are closing because this (I mean branches)
