That is because Sears Holdings had a deal with them for all of the maintenance supplies were to be purchased only from them by their maintenance team. Sears Holdings closed a lot of stores this year and also let go a lot of their maintenance workers across the country. If you have been in any of their stores you can tell there has not been much maintenance done to their buildings.
