They are trying to automate more things, and they are pushing more towards self-service in branches and banks and they will end up closing many BAC locations due to this. You will see that they will - people are using more online banking and that is resulting in branches being closed.
All banks are doing this right now, but BAC is the biggest one and they are pushing really hard to close as many locations as possible. How is this going to affect our customer satisfaction?
