All – please forgive me for being so very happy about us being given one more chance, another chance to keep the business alive and not close the store... For us, it's been gloom for so long and I know so many Kmart stores are still in that sad place. I am with 4093 (Gallatin / Madison) and our store is revitalized. Every single employee has a little spring in their work now. A little bit of hope goes a very long way for all of us. I hope it stays this way.

this store allowed their managers to talk to customers bad, especially at closing. Managers were often unprofessional talking to employees badly in front of customers. Employees did not care young girls allowed to wear tight leggings and guys were allowed to sag. Too often this store would like and say computer's were down when they did not have anyone to work an area and management felt it was beneath them to work. Examples: the lay-away department or western union. No consistency, one customer allowed to return an item with no receipt with the next on in line not allowed. Losing this store will be like losing a family member. Generations of my family have shopped this store. Prefer Kmart over Walmart. Too bad this is a store that could have the business if they wanted it (actions speak louder than words) and the corporate I guess could care less.
It is too sad this store is closing, if the employees had treated customers better, they would have better business. However it falls on management.
