Krispy Kreme already has a vision on what they will do to improve their business in 2023.
It's closures, of course and I approve. They will close 14 locations next year. They're also planning on some sort of partnership with McDonald's which is nice but I feel like the closures will help them out even more.
Trimming the fat is basically necessary to keep a company healthy. We can't let underperforming stores drag us down.
