Herberger's in Ottumwa is closed - or so we are led to believe but I see people say that it's not closed. What's the truth then? Is it open? Then why does it look close? Did it close but just temporarily? If that's the case then it would be nice for the customers to know that. I don't know, put a sign or something to that effect.
