The Target on Rooke Street closed back in May last year. It was vacant the entire time since then and while that's not exactly a long time for a space to be vacant it was still an issue.
Well, it looks like someone will move in soon so that's gonna be resolved but I have no idea who. In any case, good news for Devenport.
