I am seriously missing my Eden Prairie Taco Bell!! I recall first finding it closed for renovations a couple months ago, and as of last month seemed to still be undergoing renovations. If anyone could post on the expected re-opening date, that'd be great!

I too have missed them a LOT since they closed for renovations:(
On the last night they were open I was in the drive thru and was told they will be back open in "Dec. or Jan." So hopefully it is soon!
