This was kinda an average sort of store, am I right? But I cannot criticize it in any way since the customer service here was really excellent. Hopefully the staff is doing okay after TJ Maxx closed here in Richmond.

Are you talking about Richmond,VA? If so they didn't close they just relocated down Parham Rd where Staples used to be.
