If they are, will there be a sale. Also, why is Ulta closing stores when they are just that busy. Alpine should not close.

OK, ULTA Beauty is doing something right - they have 400 locations and they keep adding them. They did not close stores in 2016 and I hope no stores by Ulta will be closed in 2016 - I really like them and I think prices are awesome

That's too bad - that was my #1 store - I hope people do not lose jobs - stores close and open but this one was special
