I have been thinking about this lately: what would you consider to be Pei Wei's biggest strength? What makes them stand out? They are rather a popular bunch and I would like to know what their secret is.

Under cooked chicken and teen workers rushing you by putting chairs on table while you are dining is not what is meant by fast fresh.

When the chicken they serve is never cooked well done mostly barely cooked for speed and chairs are being put up as you are dining it seems as they need to slow down on that fast fresh.

We went a few days ago for dinner and it was closed! So we opted for Teriyaki Madness. Seems like there is another Pei Wei nearby so at least we have an option! I wonder why they closed. Their business seems to have dropped off quite a bit - I guess... — read more 

Noooooo! It always appears to be doing a good business during the rush hours. What a cryin' shame!

Murfreesboro lost a good restaurant when Pei Wei closed here.

Every time when I go there it's packed - they cannot be closed, they are well functioning brand and a great restaurant chain - I love their menu and they will grow in 2017

It has been closed for a while - check out Yelp and you'll see what's going on

They are affiliated with PF Chang's and they closed some stores in 2016 - Pei Wei is a bit less expensive and they never closed stores
